Qualifications

to qualify for food and gold you must be located near a member of the alliance who would be expected to help out in this field.
Also just because you ask for the resources does not mean they will be handed to you anytime soon, it may take up to 2 days for
the resources to be sent to you, this is because our high end players are very busy trying to gather substantial army sizes to be able
to take out high end monsters and monster controlled cities.

To qualify for troops you must be approved by the member you will be asking for the troops, either myself or david02 for now. Troops
do not have to be given to members and should not be taken granted of.

Members may only ask for 6 million combined food and gold at max ONCE
Members may only recieve troop supply ONCE unless
UNLESS supplier feels the need to resupply

My coordinates are 1597, 1404. Anyone within 100 fields of me is pretty easy to get supplies to on short notice. Anything more than a hundred fields away takes a while to get the troops to.
